Deposits & Payments
Workshop deposits secure the workshop booking for the specific date of that workshop.
Deposits are non-refundable and not transferable to any other workshop.
The remaining balance will be due 28 days prior to the workshop. If the workshop is booked less than 28 days in advance of the workshop full payment will be payable at the time of booking.

Cancellations
Should the workshop be cancelled by you less than 28 days before the workshop date the you will be liable for the full cost unless the place can be filled.

If you cancel your place on the workshop the workshop more than 28 days prior to the workshop the deposit will be retained.
We reserves the right to cancel the workshop. In this unfortunate event we will if possible make arrangements to re-schedule the workshop or transfer you to another workshop. If this is not possible a full refund will given.
We cannot accept responsibility for expenses incurred due to cancellations.
Insurance
All participants do so at their own risk and we accept no responsibility for injury or damage to their persons or property. Personal insurance/camera/travel insurance is not included

Dietary Requirements
Please inform us of any dietary requirements at the time of booking. We will do our best but cannot guarantee that such requests will be met and will have no liability to you if such requests are not met.

Minimum Age
All participants must be 18 years or over. Under 18's may be permitted to attend, dependent on the workshop, but must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
